After a long week, it's so important to make sure we take care of ourselves. Think of your body and mind as a battery. Without recharging, a battery weakens. The same goes for our mind, body, and spirit. I know, I know, it's hard enough to find time to breathe, much less relax. I definitely struggle with finding me time no matter what day of the week it is. If you can't use Sunday to recharge, pick a day that works for you. Take a warm bath, go for a nice walk in nature, or just read that book you've been meaning to get into. There is no right or wrong way to do it. Take five minutes to meditate and reestablish balance. Just remember, you can't pour from an empty cup so pour into yourself first!
