In today’s society, most of our daily lives involve some sort of technology. Whether it be work, play, or both, chances are technology is being used in one way or another. Although our phones and laptops can help make our lives easier, they can also cause us to detach from what is important. On this Feel Good Friday and this weekend, take time to unplug and experience the world around you. Practice yoga outside under the sun or just read a book on the porch. You will be amazed at the change in your mood just from putting down the smartphone and tapping into nature instead.
