Grand Rising and welcome to Wellness Wednesdayđšđš! We finally made it to the middle of the week. How are you feeling? It's so easy to lose ourselves in the hustle and bustle of making sure everyone is okay and losing focus on our own physical wellbeing. I feel like I can't touch on this subject enough as I deal with my own health issues that arise. I have to remind myself throughout the day to stretch, stay hydrated, and incorporate some sort of physical activity throughout my day. You are important.
