We've finally made it to midweek! What are your wellness goals for the week? Number one on my list is drinking more water in order to stay hydrated. It definitely hasn't been one of my easiest undertakings. I can remember being little and my mom insisting I drink water for everything. Leg cramp? Drink more water. Headache? You're dehydrated. At that time I thought it was just a mom thing but now I know it was true! In order to drink more water while on the go, I make sure to carry a water bottle.
